Design: We use a structured proprietary approach
to structural and space design that ensures a predictable and
positive outcome. All design professionals are on staff and
coordinate each creative step so the look and function matches
the client’s expectations.
Structural Design: We measure the home and
examine the existing conditions and surrounding areas. Yard
layout and views of surrounding landscapes are taken into account
when planning the flow of the new space. Structural plans are
then prepared for permitting.

Space Design: Homeowners
participate in the overall design process by partnering with
our space design professionals to create a functional new living
space with materials, fixtures, color, and other elements that
set it apart from the ordinary.

Personal Shopper: It can be
intimidating to stand in the middle of a granite showroom,
wondering if what you just selected will coordinate with the
cabinetry and flooring you want. Our designers also serve
as personal shoppers to guide clients through the vast selection
of materials and assist with making coordinated choices so
they get exactly the look they want and an enjoyable shopping
experience.
Plan and Communicate: We think it is imperative
that our clients know what stage their project is in, every
step of the way. Prior to beginning construction, clients
receive a schedule of the anticipated timing and work flow.
This schedule is updated and given to clients at regular intervals.

Industry Buying Power: We
have established relationships directly with manufacturers
of specialty products that cut out the middle man and save
our clients money. A sample of these products includes custom
cabinetry (DeWils.com);
vinyl windows and doors (milgard.com);
granite, quartz and Corinthian counter tops; a varied line
of cultured marble products (ccm-ent.com);
and skylights (velux.com).
Maintaining these relationships allows us to purchase materials
at the best possible price and have them available on the
job site when needed.
Financing: If needed, we connect
clients with a well-respected lending agency that specializes
